Sprinklr is an enterprise customer experience platform with four suites (Social, Service, Insights and Marketing) and an AI layer on top. It suits large, multi-brand organizations where social, customer care, research and advertising teams want one governed system and can fund a negotiated contract plus implementation. Skip it if you have a small social team, want a published price or need to be live within days. As of October 2026 Sprinklr lists no prices, ended its Self-Serve plans on April 30, 2026 and sends every buyer to a demo and a custom quote. Third-party trackers put average annual spend near $62,000 for mid-size customers and near $694,000 for large ones, and these are estimates, not Sprinklr figures.
This Sprinklr review is written for marketing managers, founders and finance leads who have been handed a Sprinklr proposal, or who are deciding whether an enterprise platform is worth the money compared with a mid-market social media tool. It sits inside the Kurums Social Media Marketing Hub and uses the same structure as our reviews of Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer and Metricool, so you can read them side by side.
How this review was made. It is based on Sprinklr’s public product and help pages, release notes, investor and newsroom announcements, trade press coverage and published independent user-review ratings. Kurums did not run a hands-on lab test of the platform, and nothing here describes a screen we operated. No vendor paid for or reviewed this page, and it contains no affiliate links. Facts are dated where they can change, and third-party estimates are labeled as such.
Can a small team buy Sprinklr Social on a credit card?
No. Sprinklr’s own demo page states that Self-Serve products have been discontinued, with service for existing Self-Serve customers running until April 30, 2026. Every purchase now starts with a demo and a quote.
What will it cost?
Sprinklr publishes no price list. Independent trackers report average annual spend of roughly $62,000 for companies with 50 to 1,000 employees and roughly $694,000 above 1,000 employees (SpendHound, updated October 21, 2026). Implementation and AI usage are extra line items to negotiate.
Where does it fit?
Best for global brands that need publishing, care, listening and ads under one governance model. Teams of one to ten people who mainly schedule posts and read reports will get more value, and a faster start, from a mid-market tool.
What is Sprinklr, and who is this Sprinklr review for?
Sprinklr is a unified customer experience management platform sold as four suites, Service, Social, Insights and Marketing, on a shared AI-enabled core. It is built for large organizations that run many brands, markets and teams, and it is priced and implemented to match.
Sprinklr describes its base as more than 1,600 enterprises, including Microsoft, P&G and Samsung, and 59% of the Fortune 100, in its September 2, 2026 earnings release. That customer profile explains most of what follows: sales-led buying, multi-year contracts, role-based governance and a large feature surface that takes time to learn.
What each suite covers
- Social: publishing and engagement across 30+ channels, social listening, competitive benchmarking, social advertising, employee advocacy and social customer service, according to the Sprinklr Social product page.
- Service: an AI-native contact center platform for voice, social and digital channels, with AI agents, agent copilot, workforce management and quality management.
- Insights: listening and consumer intelligence across 30+ channels and 100+ languages, with sentiment, emotion and intent models.
- Marketing: content marketing and campaign planning, paid social advertising across 10+ channels, unified analytics and ad comment moderation.
The practical question for most readers is whether you need one suite or several. A team that only wants a publishing queue and a monthly report is buying the wrong product. A company that wants the social team, the care team and the research team to share one customer data model and one approval and audit layer is buying the right category. If you are still defining that need, start with our guide on how to build a social media marketing strategy before you open a vendor calendar.
What does Sprinklr cost, and can I see a price list?
Sprinklr does not publish prices. As of October 2026 its Sprinklr pricing and demo page offers a personalized demo and no pricing details, and the Self-Serve plans that once carried public prices are discontinued. Any figure you see for Sprinklr is a historical list price or a third-party estimate.
What Sprinklr itself says
| Offering | How it is sold | Published price | What the vendor says |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sprinklr Social (enterprise) | Custom quote after a demo | None published | Product page offers "Request a demo" and a personalized demo. |
| Sprinklr Service, Insights, Marketing | Custom quote, by suite | None published | Each suite page routes to a demo or "Talk to an expert". |
| Sprinklr Social Self-Serve | Discontinued | Launched March 30, 2023 at $199 per user per month after a 30-day trial, for six channels | Demo page: Self-Serve products discontinued; service for existing customers until April 30, 2026. |
| Free plan or free trial | Not offered on the pages we reviewed | Not applicable | The demo page does not mention a trial. |
The launch announcement, dated March 30, 2023, is the last time Sprinklr itself put a per-user number on a social plan. Some third-party sites later reported a higher Advanced tier at about $299 per user per month. Treat that as a historical estimate, because Sprinklr no longer lists it.
What third parties report
| Source | Figure reported | Basis and date |
|---|---|---|
| SpendHound marketplace page | About $62,396 average annual spend (50 to 1,000 employees) and about $694,440 (1,000+ employees) | 160 Sprinklr customers tracked; page updated October 21, 2026. Averages, not medians or ranges. |
| Vendr buyer guide | 20% to 35% off initial quotes for Social buyers; 20% to 30% off list for 24 to 36 month deals with annual prepayment | Anonymized Sprinklr deals, last updated February 2026. No dollar median published. |
| Vendr buyer guide, contract terms | 12, 24 or 36 month terms; annual prepayment standard; auto-renewal with 60 to 90 day notice common | Same guide; Sprinklr’s fiscal year ends in January. |
| Rival vendors’ blogs (Chatarmin, September 1, 2026; Chattermill, September 28, 2026) | Entry commitments of roughly $50,000 to $100,000 a year; implementation estimates from $25,000 to $150,000 or more; renewal uplifts of 5% to 15% | Both authors sell competing products and cite contract databases we could not confirm on the public pages. Use as a prompt for questions, not as a budget. |
These sources disagree on detail, which is normal for negotiated software. The SpendHound averages are the most transparent, since the page names its sample and update date. Even so, an average across 160 customers says little about your quote, which will turn on suite count, user roles, message and mention volumes and contract length.
How to turn a quote into a three-year number
Finance leads should ask for a quote split into at least five lines: software by suite, user or role licenses, volume allowances, implementation and training services, and AI usage. Then build a three-year view with this method: year-one software plus one-time services, plus year-two and year-three software with the renewal uplift you can get in writing, plus internal staff time at a loaded hourly cost. Comparing that total with a mid-market tool from our social media management software comparison is the fairest test of whether the extra capability pays for itself.
What can Sprinklr do for publishing, inbox, analytics, listening, approvals and AI?
Sprinklr covers all six areas on paper, and its strength is that they share one data layer and one permission model. The trade-off is breadth: features sit in different suites and release trains, so you should confirm which ones your contract includes.
Publishing
Sprinklr Social handles content delivery across 30+ channels. The 26.10 release notes, last updated October 22, 2026, show the kind of detail added in recent releases: Instagram Reel music in the composer (Direct Publish only), connected multi-post threads on Threads, and Quick Publisher suggestions for frequently used campaign fields. For ideas on what to publish, see our guide to creating social content that performs.
Engagement and inbox
Engagement covers inbound messages and comments across social, review and messaging channels, and the same engine powers Sprinklr Service for customer care. The 26.10 notes list TikTok hashtag replies and photo attachments in TikTok replies, and Reddit profile submissions and comments as engagement columns. The Help Center lists WhatsApp for engagement and reporting but not for publishing.
Analytics and reporting
Sprinklr describes unified reporting across paid, owned and earned media. Recent additions include a Reporting Health Pane that shows channel and metric data-quality status, a Content Type dimension covering posts, stories, reels and comments, and six new LinkedIn Creator Analytics metrics. To decide which numbers deserve a dashboard, use our explainer on which social media metrics matter.
Listening
Listening is the core of the Insights suite. Sprinklr’s product page claims coverage of 30+ channels, 100+ languages and 1,250+ industry-specific models with 90%+ accuracy. Those are vendor claims and we did not test them. Trade press reported on July 16, 2026 that the Summer ’26 release added LLM Insights, which tracks brand visibility in AI search results, and ViralMoment Analytics, which applies frame-by-frame AI analysis to video. The Help Center also notes that listening is limited to owned properties on some channels and that some sources need an additional agreement.
Approvals and governance
Sprinklr groups approval workflows with audit trails and compliance frameworks under enterprise-grade governance. According to trade press on the April 2026 Spring release, the platform also gained DRP 2.0 compliance controls. If your legal team reviews ad content, pair this with our note on Meta ads compliance in Q4 2026 so you know which rules the platform has to enforce.
AI features
AI is where Sprinklr is changing fastest. Trade press on the April 7, 2026 Spring ’26 release listed AI+ Studio (a no-code workspace for building AI agents and workflows), Autonomous Evaluation for testing agent behavior, Marketing Copilot, Deep Research and Sprinklr Assist. The July 15, 2026 Summer ’26 release added next-generation Voice AI Agents and a beta Sprinklr MCP connection that exposes Sprinklr data to tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude.
On October 27, 2026 Sprinklr announced a beta of Marketing AI Agents. A press release distributed through Business Wire names six: Ideation, Creative, Campaign Execution, Compliance, Community and Budget Optimization. Sprinklr’s own help page for the Marketing Agent describes a related set (Ideation, Creative, Publishing, Compliance and Reporting agents sharing a "Brand DNA" layer) and labels it Limited Accessibility, while the marketing AI agents page says "Limited Availability." The labels differ across pages, so ask which agents are in your contract tier and whether you must join a beta. The help page also states that users review, edit and approve content before it publishes.
How well does Sprinklr support Meta, X, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok?
Sprinklr supports all of these networks, with some limits. The table below reproduces what the Social Channels Capabilities page in the Sprinklr Help Center listed when we read it in October 2026. The matrix may lag the release notes, so treat it as a starting checklist for the demo.
| Network | Engagement | Publishing | Notes from Sprinklr’s Help Center |
|---|---|---|---|
| Yes | Yes | Pages, groups, profiles and ads. | |
| Yes | Yes | Publishing limited to business accounts; ads require native mobile access. | |
| Threads | Not on the matrix | Not on the matrix | Listed as a social channel elsewhere in the Help Center; 26.10 notes add multi-post threads and advocacy sharing. |
| Yes | No | Reporting supported; no publishing. | |
| X (Twitter) | Yes | Yes | Accounts and ads. |
| Yes | Yes | Accounts and ads. | |
| YouTube | Yes | Yes | Listed as a publish target with no sub-types. |
| TikTok | Yes | Matrix lists ads only | 26.10 notes add personal-profile connection (some business-only metrics unavailable) and hashtag replies. |
| Yes | Yes | Ads, company pages, groups, profiles and university pages. |
Meta, Threads and WhatsApp
Meta coverage is broad, but read the footnotes. The matrix says audience information is not available through the API. Meta’s rules also change what social tools can do for reach: our coverage of Meta’s link cap and of Meta One explains the platform-side changes. We found no Sprinklr page that says how either change affects Sprinklr customers, so put the question in writing. For channel tactics, see our guides to Instagram marketing, Threads marketing and WhatsApp Business marketing.
X, Pinterest and YouTube
X and Pinterest are supported for engagement, publishing and ads, and YouTube is listed for engagement and publishing. The Sprinklr pages we reviewed do not say whether X API access fees are passed through to customers or absorbed in the license. X moved to pay-per-use API pricing, covered in our guide to X API pricing, so ask whether your quote includes X data volume and what happens if usage rises.
TikTok
The TikTok row is the one to test hardest in a demo, because the capability matrix and the release notes describe different things. Our TikTok marketing hub and our note on Meta banning TikTok ads in October 2026 show how quickly policy around the network is moving.
What do independent user reviews say about Sprinklr?
Reviewers rate Sprinklr as capable and complex. On the G2 and Capterra pages we opened in October 2026, scores sit around 4.1 to 4.2 out of 5, with the lowest sub-scores on ease of setup and the most common complaints about the learning curve and cost.
| Source (opened October 2026) | Score | Reviews | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| G2, Sprinklr Social | 4.1 out of 5 | 1,250 | Overall page rating; a separate G2 report page dated August 2, 2026 showed 4.1 from 1,217 reviews. |
| Capterra, Sprinklr Platform | 4.2 out of 5 | 94 | Covers the whole platform, not only Social. |
| G2 category scores, Sprinklr Social | Meets Requirements 8.1; Ease of Use 7.5; Ease of Setup 7.0; Quality of Support 7.8 (out of 10) | 1,001; 1,052; 621; 972 | From a G2 comparison page that shows no date. |
G2’s theme counts on that comparison page show ease of use (95 mentions) and centralized management (74) as the top strengths, and complex usage (54) and learning curve (48) as the top drawbacks. Both lists can be true at once: reviewers who have finished onboarding tend to like the unified workspace, and those still in rollout describe the complexity. The Capterra reviews we read add recurring comments about cost, a cluttered interface, uneven support response, gaps or delays in some network API features such as Reels data, and occasional slow report exports.
Two cautions apply. Ratings pool different Sprinklr products and user types, so a 4.1 for Social does not describe Service. And star ratings reward products people use daily, while Sprinklr is often bought by a central team for many users. Read the written reviews from companies of your size, and ask Sprinklr for two reference customers with a similar channel mix.
What changed at Sprinklr in 2026, and is the company financially stable?
Sprinklr changed its go-to-market and its product in 2026. It closed Self-Serve, released AI agent tooling in each quarterly cycle and reported flat-to-low growth with positive non-GAAP profit. None of that signals distress, but it does shape how buyers should plan.
- April 7, 2026: Spring ’26 release (version 26.4), adding Marketing Copilot, Autonomous Evaluation in AI+ Studio and other features, per trade press.
- April 30, 2026: end of service for existing Self-Serve customers, per Sprinklr’s demo page.
- July 15, 2026: Summer ’26 release with LLM Insights, ViralMoment Analytics, Voice AI Agents and a beta MCP connection. Trade press also reported the ViralMoment acquisition in May.
- September 2, 2026: second-quarter fiscal 2027 results (quarter ended July 31, 2026).
- Late September 2026: 26.10 release notes for Sprinklr Social.
- October 27, 2026: Marketing AI Agents beta announced, together with a Q3 product release that Sprinklr said includes Agent Architects and Voice AI Agents.
On the numbers, Sprinklr’s investor release for the quarter ended July 31, 2026 reported total revenue of $213.7 million (up 1%), subscription revenue of $194.8 million (up 3%), remaining performance obligations of $1.03 billion (up 11%), non-GAAP operating income of $31.3 million and cash and marketable securities of $452.9 million. Sprinklr guided full-year fiscal 2027 subscription revenue to $782.5 million to $784.5 million. Fiscal 2027 ends January 31, 2027.
For a buyer, two points stand out. First, a company with $1.03 billion in contracted backlog and positive cash flow is unlikely to disappear during your term. Second, a summary of the September 2 earnings call by MarketBeat reports that professional services revenue missed plan and that the CEO is serving as interim head of services. Because implementation work falls within that function, ask who will lead your project and what happens if staffing changes.
What are Sprinklr’s strengths and weaknesses?
Sprinklr’s strengths come from scale and unification, and its weaknesses come from the same source. The table summarizes what public sources support.
| Strengths | Weaknesses |
|---|---|
| One platform across Social, Service, Insights and Marketing, with a shared AI layer | No published pricing; Self-Serve ended April 30, 2026, so there is no low-cost entry |
| Coverage of 30+ channels, including social, messaging and review sources | Reviewers cite a steep learning curve and a cluttered interface; G2 ease of setup is 7.0 out of 10 |
| Enterprise governance: approval workflows, audit trails, role-based access | Implementation and training are separate costs, and services delivery was a stated pressure point in the September 2026 call summary |
| Active 2026 AI roadmap: AI+ Studio, Voice AI Agents, Marketing AI Agents (beta), MCP connection (beta) | Some AI agents are in beta or limited availability, so contract tier and scope need confirming |
| Strong listening and benchmarking for brands that track markets, competitors and AI-search visibility | Capability matrix shows gaps (WhatsApp publishing, Threads coverage, TikTok publishing) that need testing |
| Large vendor with positive operating income and $1.03 billion in remaining performance obligations | Multi-year terms, auto-renewal notice windows and usage caps reported by third parties raise lock-in risk |
Who should choose Sprinklr, and who should look elsewhere?
Choose Sprinklr if you run many brands or regions, need care and social in one system, and have a team to own the platform. Look elsewhere if you have fewer than ten social users, want to start this month or need a fixed monthly price.
Sprinklr is a strong candidate when
- Social, customer care and market research currently use three different tools and three different customer data sets.
- Legal, brand and regional teams need approval workflows, audit trails and role-based access.
- You manage dozens of channels or markets and need benchmarking and listening at scale.
- You have an owner who can run a multi-month rollout and a procurement team that can negotiate multi-year terms.
Look at alternatives when
- You want strong analytics and engagement in a mid-market tool: read our Sprout Social review.
- You need a larger integration ecosystem with an enterprise option and public lower tiers: read our Hootsuite review.
- You mainly schedule posts and want per-channel pricing: read our Buffer review, and see the free plans compared.
- You want scheduling plus reporting on a budget: read our Metricool review.
Other enterprise platforms, including Khoros and Emplifi, appear alongside Sprinklr in procurement benchmarks such as Vendr’s buyer guide, so a competitive bid is easy to run. For a wider shortlist, use our best social media management software comparison and our scheduling software comparison. If influencer programs are part of the plan, add the influencer marketing platforms comparison and our influencer marketing guide. If you are still choosing networks, see choosing social media platforms first.
How should I run a 30-day Sprinklr pilot, and what should the contract say?
Because Sprinklr has no self-serve trial, you have to negotiate a pilot or a proof of concept as part of the sales process. Write the success criteria before the first demo, and ask for a limited-scope paid pilot on one suite if a free sandbox is not offered.
A 30-day evaluation checklist
- Days 1 to 5, scope: choose two brands, three networks and one real campaign. Write down the current time spent on publishing, approvals and reporting so you can measure change.
- Days 5 to 10, connections: connect real accounts and test each network row in the table above, especially WhatsApp, Threads and TikTok.
- Days 10 to 20, workflow: run one approval chain with legal or brand reviewers, publish at least ten posts and handle real inbound messages.
- Days 20 to 25, reporting: rebuild your current monthly report and compare numbers with each network’s native analytics. Note export speed and any metrics that are missing.
- Days 25 to 30, AI and governance: test AI drafting, compliance checks and any agent in beta. Record who reviewed each output.
Contract questions to ask in writing
- Renewal: what is the maximum price increase at renewal, when does the notice period end and does the contract auto-renew?
- Seat and role creep: how are viewer, approver and admin roles licensed, and what does adding a user mid-term cost?
- Volume caps: are there message, mention or data volume allowances, and what happens above them?
- API costs: are X, Meta and TikTok data fees included, and can they change during the term?
- AI usage: is generative AI metered, and who pays for model usage if you bring your own keys?
- Services: what is included in implementation and training, who leads delivery and what are the acceptance criteria?
- Data export and exit: can you export content, conversations and reports in a usable format, and how long is data retained after termination?
- Data residency: which hosting region applies and can it be set in the contract?
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Sprinklr have a free trial or a free plan?
Not on the pages we reviewed in October 2026. Sprinklr’s demo page says its Self-Serve products have been discontinued and does not mention a trial. The Self-Serve plan launched in 2023 with a 30-day trial, and that offer has ended. Ask the sales team about a scoped pilot.
How much does Sprinklr cost per month?
Sprinklr does not publish a monthly price. Contracts are quoted by suite, users and volume. SpendHound reported average annual spend of about $62,396 for companies with 50 to 1,000 employees and about $694,440 above 1,000 employees as of its October 21, 2026 update. Treat these as third-party averages.
Is Sprinklr a good choice for a small business?
Usually not. The lack of self-serve plans, the sales-led process, the learning curve cited by reviewers and the likely contract size point to larger organizations. Small teams are better served by tools in our Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer and Metricool reviews.
Does Sprinklr support Threads and WhatsApp?
Yes, with limits. Sprinklr’s Help Center lists Threads among its social channels, and its 26.10 release notes describe multi-post threads. The capability matrix shows WhatsApp for engagement and reporting but not publishing. Confirm both in your demo.
