Best Partner Relationship Management Software in 2026: Pricing & Comparison
We compared four PRM vendors on published price, how a program is scoped, and the partner motions included before a quote.
- A rebranded channel suite with a demo: Channelscaler (formerly Allbound) β no list price; schedule a demo.
- Dealer and distributor programs: Channeltivity β Growth, Mid-Market, and Enterprise are tailored, not seat-priced.
- Packaged PRM with add-on modules: Impartner β Emerge through Enterprise, price by request.
- Affiliate and referral programs in one portal: PartnerStack β Launch, Growth, and Enterprise confirmed on a demo.
Partner relationship management software gives partners a portal for deal registration, content, training, and incentives, and gives the vendor a record of partner-sourced pipeline. This comparison is PRM platforms. It is not a reseller commission spreadsheet and not a customer-referral link buried in a CRM.
Each company is scored on the same fields: published pricing, free plan or trial, core focus, and the main limitation. The order is not a quality ranking. None of the four published a dollar amount on 7 October 2026, so the sort rule places them all in the quote-led group and orders that group alphabetically.

Alphabetical order is the sort rule for an all-quote list, not a ranking.
What buyers are actually choosing between
PRM price follows program shape. Channeltivity says partner programs do not fit seat pricing and describes Growth at about 100 partners, Mid-Market at hundreds, and Enterprise at global integrators. PartnerStack prices on program size, features, and support, and lets you pick affiliate tracking or deal registration on Launch, not both until Enterprise. Impartner publishes a package grid with add-ons and no dollars. Channelscaler, the name now on the former Allbound site, sells a modular channel platform and a demo. Ask which motions are in the base package before you compare quotes.
The 4 companies in detail
Channelscaler
Best for modular channel programs

- The homepage lists deal registration, lead distribution, MDF, rebates, SPIFFs, and partner business planning as product areas.
- The company states it is the renamed combination of Allbound and Channel Mechanics.
- βTransparent pricingβ is a marketing line on the page, but no figure is printed.
Channeltivity

- Older third-party prices are not on the current pricing page and are not used here.

- Emerge is described as the early-stage package, with one language and a smaller object set on the grid.
- Integrations listed include Salesforce, Dynamics 365, and HubSpot.

- Growth adds MDF management, incentives, and a learning path. Enterprise adds custom workflows and a designated CSM.
- You cannot see the price before the demo, and Launch does not include every partner motion.
Kurums Match
We need incentives and deal registration as modulesEnterprise channel
We run dealers, not affiliatesAbout 100 to hundreds of partners
Channeltivity scopes Growth at about 100 partners and Mid-Market at hundreds, without a seat price.
I want to see what is an add-onPackage grid
Impartner publishes the grid and hides the dollars. Use the grid to stop add-ons from landing in the first quote by default.
We are launching referrals firstMarketplace plus payments
PartnerStack Launch includes marketplace access and partner payments. Deal registration is a choice on that tier, not both motions at once.
Buying tip
Write the partner motions you need this year: deal registration, affiliate links, MDF, training, and quoting. PRM quotes expand when those are discovered after the demo.
How this comparison was put together
FAQ
Why are there no prices in the table?
Is Channelscaler the same company as Allbound?
The Channelscaler homepage says it is the new name for Allbound and Channel Mechanics. Treat it as one vendor, not two rows.
Does PartnerStack include deal registration?
Launch says you select affiliate link tracking or lead and deal registration. Enterprise lists full access to link tracking, lead, and deal registration together.
Does Impartner have a free plan?
Not on the request-pricing page checked. The path is personalized pricing. Several capabilities are marked add-on even inside the package grid.
How should I compare two quotes?
Line up partner count, internal users, languages, CRM, MDF, and training. A lower headline can exclude the motion you already run in spreadsheets.
