How sponsored listings work

The complete rules for paid placement in the Kurums Solutions Directory. Short version: position is set by daily bid, you pay once for the days you choose, and nothing you pay here touches our editorial ratings.

What you are buying

A position in one category for 7, 15 or 30 days. Days are 24-hour blocks counted from the moment your payment clears (UTC). Your listing appears in the sponsored block at the top of the category page, labelled Sponsored placement, with a button that sends visitors to your website (link marked rel="sponsored nofollow", tagged utm_source=kurums).

Entry price and steps

  • Minimum bid: $5 per day. Bids move in $5 steps ($5, $10, $15 …).
  • Price = bid × days, paid once. $5/day for 7 days is $35; $20/day for 30 days is $600.
  • No subscription, no auto-renewal, no stored card, no balance or credit. Each purchase is a separate one-time card payment.

How positions are ordered

  • Highest daily bid sits first.
  • Equal bids: the listing that reached that bid earlier stays above. Raising your bid re-dates it.
  • The price shown next to each position on the category page (Take #2 from $15/day) is that listing's current bid plus one $5 step — the daily bid that puts you above it right now.
  • Prices on the page are live but not reserved: the checkout re-checks them the moment you pay. If someone moved first, you still get the position your bid earns.

Raising your bid

From your account, any time your listing is running. You pay only the difference: (new bid − current bid) × whole days left. A listing with 10 whole days left moving from $10 to $15/day pays $50. Bids cannot be lowered while running. If less than one whole day is left, add days first.

Adding days

Also from your account: 7, 15 or 30 more days at your current bid, appended to your end date. The bid stays as it is; raise it separately if you want to.

When a listing ends

When the last paid day runs out the listing drops to the free list below the sponsored block — it is not deleted. We e-mail you 3 days before, 1 day before and when it ends. Nothing renews by itself.

Ranking alerts

When another company passes you, you get one e-mail naming who passed you and the exact one-time amount that would move you back above them for your remaining days. No other marketing e-mail is sent.

Today's board

  • Every sponsored payment — a new listing, more days, a raised bid, a lock — also counts toward the UTC day it was paid on.
  • The board on each category page, and the combined board at /solutions-directory/today/, orders listings by the total paid that day; equal totals keep the earlier payment on top.
  • It resets at 00:00 UTC. The previous seven days stay visible for reference (top three per day).
  • This is a second placement, not a second ranking: your main position is still set by your daily bid.

Click counts

  • Every listing, sponsored or free, shows the number of times visitors clicked through to its website since it was listed.
  • Counted once per visitor per hour; known bots and crawlers are excluded. The count is public and never reset.
  • That is the only measurement kurums.com provides. There is no impressions figure and no vendor analytics panel — the UTM tags on your link let you measure the rest in your own tools.

Position locks

Currently switched off. When enabled, a running listing can freeze the position number it holds for 7 days ($30), 15 days ($50) or 30 days ($100), paid once and separately. A lock stops you being pushed down; positions above you stay open to higher bids. It ends early if your paid days run out, is not refundable, and at most three locks are allowed per category.

Free listings

The list below the sponsored block is compiled by our editors from public information, shown A–Z, and costs nothing. Inclusion is not a recommendation. If you sponsor a product that is already listed free — same website domain, same category — the existing listing is promoted rather than duplicated, and the e-mail you pay with becomes its account.

Content rules and moderation

  • A listing must describe a genuine product or service sold by the company that registers it. One listing per website domain per category.
  • Name, website and one-line description are public. Editors may shorten a description for length; anything misleading, unlawful or against Google AdSense content policies is removed without refund.
  • New sponsored listings go live the moment payment clears and are reviewed afterwards.

Editorial separation

Kurums Trust badges, reviews and “Best … in 2026” comparisons are produced separately and are never for sale. A sponsored position does not change a review, a badge or a comparison article, and an editorial rating shown on a listing is always labelled as such. How we make money.

Payments, tax, invoices, refunds

  • Card payments in USD through iyzico with 3D Secure. kurums.com never sees or stores your card.
  • Customers in Türkiye are charged 20% VAT on top of the listed price; export-of-services rules apply to customers outside Türkiye. An e-invoice (e-Arşiv) is issued for every payment.
  • Purchased days run on the calendar whether or not your position changes, so refunds are not offered except where required by law or after a technical failure on our side. Lock fees are non-refundable.

Accounts

You do not need an account to buy: the checkout is one form and one card payment. The e-mail you pay with becomes your account key — we send a one-time sign-in link whenever you want to raise a bid, add days or check your position. No password is ever created.

These rules summarise the sponsored listing terms; where the two differ, the terms apply. Questions: [email protected]. Ready? List your product.
