Best Conversation Intelligence Software in 2026: Pricing & Comparison

We compared four conversation-intelligence vendors on published price, free or trial access, coaching depth, and whether a quote is required.

By Kurums EditorialPricing checked 7 Oct 2026Updated 7 Oct 2026How we make money
TL;DR

  • Viewers who should not pay for a recorder seat: Sybill β€” free licenses can watch and ask, paid recording starts at $30 a user on annual billing.
  • A published recorder price plus a coaching add-on: Avoma β€” Startup is $19 per recorder a month annually; conversation intelligence is $29 more.
  • Enterprise call recording with a platform fee: Gong β€” per-user licenses and a platform fee, no public list price.
  • One flat fee instead of tokens: Jiminny β€” 14-day trial, price confirmed on a call.

Conversation intelligence software records sales calls, transcribes them, and turns patterns into coaching, scorecards, or deal risk. This comparison is sales conversation intelligence. It is not a standalone meeting notetaker and not a full revenue-forecast suite, though some vendors sell those add-ons.

Each company is scored on the same fields: published pricing, free plan or trial, core focus, and the main limitation. The order is not a quality ranking. Providers are sorted with public $0 access and the lowest published entry first, and quote-led vendors last. Gong and Jiminny are both quote-led; between them the order is alphabetical.

Pricing checked 7 October 2026 on sybill.ai/pricing, avoma.com/pricing, gong.io/pricing, and jiminny.com/flat-fee. Only Sybill and Avoma published dollar figures. Confirm before you buy.

Third-party seat estimates for Gong are not used here. The official page does not print a number.

What buyers are actually choosing between

The bill is rarely β€œthe recording.” Avoma splits the meeting assistant from conversation intelligence and revenue intelligence add-ons. Sybill splits free viewer licenses from paid recorder seats and meters extra AI work in credits. Gong adds a platform fee on top of per-user licenses and does not print either number. Jiminny’s public pitch is the opposite model: one flat fee, no token meter, price on a call. Compare the coaching layer you will actually turn on, not the recorder headline.

The 4 companies in detail

1

Sybill

Best for mixed free and paid seats

Best for: teams that want managers to watch calls without buying a recorder license for every viewer.

Attribute Sybill
Published pricing Pro lists $30 USD/user/month on the annual view and $36 monthly. Business lists $90 annual and $108 monthly, with 5,000 credits per week per user. Enterprise is custom.
Free plan or trial Free licenses can use Ask Sybill with a 500-credit limit and can view summaries, but cannot record. Demo booking is also offered.
Core focus Call summaries, deal memory, CRM autofill, and ask-across-calls. Business adds CRM context, API, and MCP.
Main limitation CRM autofill (10 fields) and deal workspace sit on Business, not Pro. SSO and unlimited credits are Enterprise. Extra AI tasks spend credits.
  • The pricing FAQ says summaries, briefs, follow-up email, and CRM autofill do not use credits. Ask threads, decks, and MCP calls do.
  • Administrators are added on paid licenses at no extra cost, according to the FAQ.
  • Lower tiers list a 20-meeting-a-month team cap on summaries in the comparison table. Confirm which column is Pro before you buy.
2

Avoma

Best for a published add-on price

Best for: teams that want a printed recorder price and a separate, printed coaching add-on.

Attribute Avoma
Published pricing Startup $19 per recorder seat/month billed annually ($29 monthly), up to 25 seats. Organization $29 annual ($39 monthly). Enterprise $39, annual only, 10-seat minimum. Conversation intelligence add-on $29/seat annual ($35 monthly).
Free plan or trial 14-day trial of Organization with add-ons, no card. Viewers are free. No ongoing free recorder plan.
Core focus Meeting recording, AI notes, and optional coaching scorecards, deal risk, and lead routing.
Main limitation Conversation intelligence and revenue intelligence are add-ons. Startup does not include the full coaching layer.
  • Notes can sync to Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, and Copper on the plan comparison.
  • Enterprise lists SAML/OIDC, HIPAA, and a mutually signed DPA.
  • A team that wants scorecards pays the recorder seat plus the $29 conversation-intelligence add-on.
3

Gong

Best for quote-led enterprise stacks

Best for: revenue teams that expect a custom proposal and a platform fee, not a self-serve seat.

Attribute Gong
Published pricing No dollar amount. Official page says licenses are priced per user and there is a platform fee based on users supported. Integrations with an existing stack are free. Proposal by form.
Free plan or trial No free plan on the pricing page. Path is a customized proposal.
Core focus Revenue AI covering call recording and related commercial modules sold around the core license.
Main limitation You cannot compare a list price. The platform fee is a second line item on top of per-user licenses.
  • Gong’s pricing page states both the per-user license and the platform fee before you request a proposal.
  • The same page says existing-stack integrations are free, which is separate from the license.
  • Module scope is not itemized with prices on the public page, so a quote can grow after the first call.
4

Jiminny

Best for a single flat fee

Best for: teams that would rather have one contract line than a token or add-on meter.

Attribute Jiminny
Published pricing No dollar amount. Official flat-fee page says one flat fee, no tokens, and routes to β€œTalk to us about pricing.”
Free plan or trial 14-day trial of full features, no credit card, stated on the flat-fee page.
Core focus Conversation intelligence for revenue teams, positioned against usage credits and stacked fees.
Main limitation The public page does not say what the flat fee includes or the minimum term. Budget only from a written quote.
  • Jiminny says every seat gets full access and that it does not charge extra for using its own AI.
  • The page cites EU data centres as part of the commercial pitch.
  • There is no self-serve price, so the flat-fee claim cannot be checked against a list.

Kurums Match

Managers only need to watchDo not buy every seat
Sybill free licenses can view summaries and use a capped Ask. Paid recording starts at the published Pro rate.

I want the coaching price in writingAdd-on, not a bundle

Avoma lists conversation intelligence at $29 per seat a month on annual billing, on top of the recorder plan.

We already expect a platform feeEnterprise proposal

Gong will quote per-user licenses plus a platform fee. Do not budget from secondary blogs.

I do not want a token meterOne contract line

Jiminny offers a 14-day trial and a flat-fee conversation. Get the inclusions in the order form.

Buying tip

Count recorder seats, not employees. Avoma and Sybill both say viewers can be free. A quote that prices every manager as a recorder will not match the list price you used in the model.

How this comparison was put together

FAQ

How is this different from a meeting notetaker?
A notetaker returns a summary. Conversation intelligence adds scorecards, talk patterns, deal risk, or CRM field updates aimed at a sales team. Some products do both. This page keeps the sales coaching layer in scope.

Does Gong publish a price?

Not on 7 October 2026. The pricing page describes per-user licenses and a platform fee and asks for a proposal. Figures on other websites are not treated as list prices here.

Is Avoma’s $19 the coaching price?

No. $19 is the annual Startup recorder seat. Conversation intelligence is a separate $29 per seat a month on annual billing. Revenue intelligence is another $29 add-on.

Can I trial Jiminny without a card?

The flat-fee page says you can try full features for 14 days with no credit card. The price itself is not on that page.

Why are Gong and Jiminny after the priced tools?

Because neither published a dollar amount on the pages checked. Alphabetical order between those two is a sort rule, not a preference.
