Best AI SDR Software in 2026: Pricing & Comparison
We compared five AI SDR vendors on published price, free start, prospect volume, and whether a demo is required to buy.
- One seller testing AI prospecting: Regie.ai β free credits, then Pro at $49 a month or $41 on annual billing.
- Founder who wants researched contacts without a call: AiSDR β Solo at $250 a month, cancel anytime.
- Team already in Reply: Jason AI β Starter starts from $500 a month billed annually.
- Outbound volume with managed mailboxes: 11x β Growth starts at $3,750 a month billed annually.
- Rep-named sending with a scoped plan: Artisan β Team, Scale, and Enterprise are priced on a demo.
AI SDR software finds prospects, writes outreach, and follows up across email or LinkedIn so a human does not build every sequence by hand. This comparison is autonomous or copilot prospecting agents. It is not a general sales-engagement seat, a CRM, or a meeting notetaker.
Each company is scored on the same fields: published pricing, free plan or trial, volume unit, core focus, and the main limitation. The order is not a quality ranking. Providers are sorted with public $0 plans and the lowest published entry first, and quote-led vendors last.

Pricing checked 7 October 2026 on official pricing pages. Regie.ai, AiSDR, Reply, and 11x published at least one dollar figure. Artisan published volume bands and said pricing is scoped on the plan. Confirm before you buy.
Annual and quarterly terms change the cash outlay even when the monthly figure looks similar.
What buyers are actually choosing between
The useful split is who owns the sending domain and how volume is metered. Regie.ai sends from the sellerβs own Gmail or Outlook and meters credits. AiSDR and 11x include mailbox setup in the plan and meter researched prospects. Artisan says Ava sends in the repβs name from the customerβs domains, and the price is not on the page. A $250 self-serve plan and a $36,000 annual Growth plan are not substitutes; they are different commitments.
The 5 companies in detail
Regie.ai
Best for a free start
Best for: one seller who wants research, drafting, and a dialer without a minimum seat count.
| Attribute | Regie.ai |
|---|---|
| Published pricing | Free $0. Pro $49/month or $41/month on annual billing, 5,000 credits a month. Team $150/seat/month or $125 annual, two-seat minimum, 15,000 credits per seat. Enterprise custom. |
| Free plan or trial | Free plan: 250 one-time credits per person, up to 10 people, no card. Credits on Free do not expire. |
| Core focus | Prospect research, enrichment, drafting, agents, and a power dialer on paid plans. Sends from the userβs Gmail or Outlook. |
| Main limitation | Paid credits do not roll over. Enrichment, research, drafting, and dialing pause when credits run out. Pro is one person; Team has a two-seat minimum. |
- The pricing page says enrichment that finds nothing does not consume a credit.
- HubSpot, Salesforce, or Monday CRM can sync; each workspace connects one CRM.
- Enterprise security, custom CRM sync, and a dedicated manager are on the custom tier, not on Pro.
AiSDR
Best for self-serve outbound
Best for: a founder who wants a published contact volume and a month-to-month entry plan.
| Attribute | AiSDR |
|---|---|
| Published pricing | Solo $250/month ($2,400/year). Explore $900/month ($8,640/year). Scale $2,500/month ($24,000/year). Annual is 20% off. Managed service is +$149 per campaign on Explore and +$2,500/month on Scale. |
| Free plan or trial | No free plan on the pricing page. Solo is self-serve and month-to-month. |
| Core focus | AI-researched email and LinkedIn outreach, with domains and mailboxes included. |
| Main limitation | Solo is 200 researched contacts, 1 user, 1 domain, 3 mailboxes, and 1 LinkedIn account. Explore and Scale are quarterly contracts billed monthly. |
- Solo includes native two-way HubSpot sync. Salesforce sync is listed on Scale.
- The pricing page says unused messages roll over while the subscription is active.
- Explore and Scale require a sales conversation even though the price is published.
Reply (Jason AI)
Best for Reply customers
Best for: teams that want Replyβs AI SDR product and can start from the published annual floor.
| Attribute | Reply (Jason AI) |
|---|---|
| Published pricing | AI SDR Starter starts from $500, $800, or $1,000 a month billed annually. Growth starts from $1,500 or $3,000 a month billed annually. Enterprise is contact sales. |
| Free plan or trial | No free plan on the Jason AI pricing page. Purchase path is βHire Jason AI,β which opens a booking link. |
| Core focus | Autopilot and copilot outreach, intent signals, LinkedIn, and mailbox warmup. Unlimited users are listed on every tier. |
| Main limitation | Contact allowances rendered as placeholders on the public page, so the dollar figure is clearer than the volume you get. A promo code was on the page the day we checked. |
- Starter lists CSM onboarding and done-for-you deliverability. Growth adds a Slack channel and custom playbooks.
- Warmup is subject to a fair-usage policy, not an unlimited sending promise.
- The page does not show a self-serve checkout. Annual billing is the default view.
11x
Best for managed outbound
Best for: teams that want a published annual floor and 11x-managed mailboxes rather than a credit meter.
| Attribute | 11x |
|---|---|
| Published pricing | Growth starting at $3,750 a month billed annually. FAQ says 11x starts at $36,000 a year. Pro and Enterprise are custom. |
| Free plan or trial | No free plan on the Alice pricing page. Path is talk to sales. |
| Core focus | Alice, an outbound digital worker: prospecting, multi-channel sequences, managed Gmail mailboxes, CRM sync. |
| Main limitation | Annual is the default. Growth is up to 5 end users and 2,000 new prospects a month. Julian inbound is a separate product. |
- 11x says it charges per lead, not per send, and that onboarding has no separate fee.
- SOC 2 Type II is listed in the plan comparison. SSO and a custom DPA are on higher tiers.
- Pro (5,000 prospects, up to 10 users) and Enterprise have no public dollar figure.
Artisan
Best for rep-named sending
Best for: teams that want an AI BDR sending as their reps and will scope price on a call.
| Attribute | Artisan |
|---|---|
| Published pricing | No dollar amount. Team is about 2,500 leads contacted a month. Scale is about 6,000. Enterprise is custom. Page says βPricing scoped on your plan.β |
| Free plan or trial | No free plan on the pricing page. Every tier routes to talk to sales. |
| Core focus | Ava, an AI BDR for autonomous replies and meeting booking, with a contact database and CRM sync. |
| Main limitation | You cannot budget from the page. Dialer seats are an add-on. Security controls and a forward-deployed strategist are Enterprise. |
- Artisan says Ava sends in repsβ names from the customerβs domains, and that Salesforce and HubSpot sync both ways.
- The pricing FAQ says the company is SOC 2 Type II and supports SSO / SAML on the platform.
- Volume, mailboxes, and dialer seats are all part of the scoped quote, so two teams on βTeamβ can pay different amounts.

AiSDR Solo is $250 a month, self-serve, with 200 researched contacts. Explore and Scale are quarterly.

Jason AI starts from $500 a month billed annually. Read the contact placeholder on the live page before you book.
We want mailboxes managed and a written floorAnnual outbound
11x Growth starts at $3,750 a month billed annually, up to 5 users and 2,000 new prospects.
Messages must come from our repsβ domainsQuote is fine
Artisan scopes Team around 2,500 leads contacted a month. Get the dollar figure in writing; it is not on the page.
Buying tip
Ask whether data, mailboxes, warmup, and LinkedIn seats are inside the price. A $250 plan that includes three mailboxes is not comparable to a sequencer seat that still needs a data vendor and a domain.

FAQ
Is an AI SDR the same as sales engagement software?
Which of these can I buy without a demo?
Regie.ai Free and Pro, and AiSDR Solo, are self-serve on the pages checked. Reply, 11x, Artisan, and AiSDRβs higher tiers route to a sales conversation even when a price is printed.
Why is 11x both $3,750 a month and $36,000 a year?
The Growth card says starting at $3,750 a month billed annually. The FAQ says 11x starts at $36,000 a year. Those figures match a 12-month term. Pro and Enterprise are custom.
Does Artisan publish a price?
Not on 7 October 2026. The pricing page lists lead-volume bands and says pricing is scoped on the plan. Third-party estimates are not used here.
What happens if I do not use the volume?
AiSDR says unused messages roll over while the subscription is active. Regie.ai says paid credits reset each period and Free credits do not expire. 11x meters new prospects, not sends. Confirm overage rules in the order form.
