A license may be an employee, a mailbox, a shared mailbox, or a signature slot. CodeTwo counts users and shared mailboxes routed through the service. Signkit prices per employee. Newoldstamp prices per signature. That is why a 20-person team can land on three different invoices.

Will this work in Gmail and Outlook?
Do employees keep personal signatures?

Is a free generator enough?
A generator does not update 40 mailboxes when the legal disclaimer changes. That is the job of these tools.
Are prices per month or per year?
