Best Website Accessibility Software in 2026: Pricing & Comparison

We compared four accessibility vendors on published prices, visit meters, and whether the plan was a quote.

By Kurums EditorialPricing checked 8 October 2026Updated 8 October 2026How we make money
TL;DR

  • A published widget start: accessiBe β€” Micro at $59/month or $490/year.
  • A published annual tier: UserWay β€” Ultimate at $2,490/year for up to 100,000 page views.
  • Managed remediation on a quote: AudioEye β€” no dollar amount on the plans page.
  • A platform quote: Siteimprove β€” demo request, no list price on the pages we loaded.

Website accessibility software scans a site and either overlays fixes, guides developers, or both. A widget is not a full audit. This page does not say any tool makes a site legally compliant.

Every entry uses the same fields: published pricing, free plan or trial, what the fee buys, and the main limitation. The order is not a quality ranking. Public $0 / published price first, quote-led last. None of these four showed a lasting $0 plan. accessiBe is first because Micro was $59/month. UserWay is next because Ultimate was $2,490/year. AudioEye and Siteimprove are last because their commercial plans were quote-led.

Prices checked on 8 October 2026 from each vendor’s official pricing or plan page. Figures are list prices in the currency shown. Free means a $0 plan or stated free allowance, trial means time-limited access, and quote means the dollar amount was not published. Confirm on the vendor page before you buy.

EqualWeb’s pricing URL returned a 404 on this check, so it is not in the table.

List price, overlay, and managed service

Widget price and managed-service price answer different jobs. A low list price is not a smaller legal risk.

The companies in detail

1

accessiBe

Attribute accessiBe

Core focus accessWidget for WCAG-oriented remediation. Scale is up to 100,000 website visits/month.
Main limitation The FAQ says subdomains need extra plans. A note points to issues the widget does not remediate.
  • The FAQ on the same page said plans start at $59 a month.
  • Scale at $3,990/year includes litigation support and yearly manual testing on the card we loaded.
  • Visit counts use Similarweb averages, not your analytics tool, according to the FAQ.
2

UserWay

Fit for a published annual tier

Best for: teams that can use the Ultimate figure we could read and will confirm Pro at checkout.

Attribute UserWay
Published pricing Ultimate $2,490/year for up to 100,000 page views/month. Pro and Pro Plus prices did not render on this load. Annual toggle said save 16%.
Free plan or trial No $0 plan price rendered. Ultimate used Talk to us.
Core focus Accessibility widget, automated remediation, and monitoring. Ultimate monitors up to 100 pages.
Main limitation Manual audits and VPATs are add-ons. The Level Access platform link is a broader product, not a second company in this row.
  • The only dollar amount that rendered was Ultimate at $2,490/year for the 100,000 page-view band.
  • Monitoring caps were 10, 50, and 100 pages across Pro, Pro Plus, and Ultimate.
  • Litigation support was marked annual plans only.
3

  • The plans page is quote-led. We did not invent a starting price.
  • Managed includes custom-written fixes on the feature list we loaded.
  • Assurance is conditional on the Managed package and the order terms.
4

Siteimprove

Core focus Accessibility, search, content, and analytics agents on one platform.
Main limitation No self-serve list price. This row is quote-led.
  • The commercial path on the page we loaded was Request a demo.
  • Free checks are tools, not a $0 subscription.
  • Siteimprove is a different company from the widget vendors above.

I can use the annual figure we could read100,000 page views

UserWay showed Ultimate at $2,490/year for that band. Pro did not render a price.

AudioEye Managed is talk-to-an-expert. No list price was on the page.

Buying tip

Ask what the tool does not fix. accessiBe links an excluded-issues note. A widget subscription is not a manual audit unless the plan says so.

How this comparison was put together

FAQ

Does a widget make a site ADA compliant?
The vendors describe help toward WCAG. accessiBe’s page says the widget remediates in adherence to WCAG 2.1 Level AA and also lists excluded issues. AudioEye says offerings are designed to help you comply and that Assurance has conditions. This comparison does not score legal compliance.

Why is UserWay’s Pro price missing?

The pricing page rendered Ultimate at $2,490/year for up to 100,000 page views. Pro and Pro Plus names were in the comparison table, but their dollar amounts did not render on this load. Confirm Pro before you treat Ultimate as the only tier.

How are visits counted?

accessiBe’s FAQ says it uses Similarweb average monthly visits. UserWay’s published band was page views per month. Those meters are not identical.

Is there a free accessibility plan here?

No lasting $0 product plan rendered. AudioEye linked a free scan. Siteimprove offered a free PDF check and a free site report. Those are not subscriptions.
