Best Interactive Demo Software in 2026: Pricing & Comparison

We compared four interactive-demo vendors on published price, free-plan limits, seat model, and whether a quote is required.

By Kurums EditorialPricing checked 7 Oct 2026Updated 7 Oct 2026How we make money
TL;DR

  • One creator and a handful of demos at $0: Supademo β€” Free for 1 creator; Scale is $38 per creator a month on yearly billing.
  • One published demo free, then a flat starter: Storylane β€” Free is 1 seat and 1 published demo; yearly Starter is $40 a month.
  • A published team plan with 10 members: Guideflow β€” yearly Growth is listed at $499 a month, with 10 members included.
  • Guided demos with a published annual entry: Walnut β€” Ignite is $575 a month billed annually; Scale is custom.

Interactive demo software turns a product into a clickable tour buyers can open without a live call. This comparison is sales and marketing demo automation: screenshot or HTML tours, lead capture, and sharing. It is not a webinar platform and not a full sales-engagement sequencer.

Each company is scored on the same fields: published pricing, free plan or trial, core focus, and the main limitation. The order is not a quality ranking. Providers are sorted with public $0 access first, then the lowest published paid entry, and quote-led plans last. Supademo and Storylane both have a free plan; Supademo is first because its published paid entry is lower.

Published list prices in USD, checked 7 October 2026 on each vendor’s pricing page. Yearly figures are the monthly rate when billed annually. Confirm the live page before you buy.

A free demo is usually one published tour. Unlimited demos, HTML capture, and Salesforce sit on paid plans.

What buyers are comparing

Marketing teams want a tour on the website. Sales teams want a link in the sequence and a CRM event. The price gap here is large: two vendors publish a free plan under $50 a month to start, and two publish team plans in the hundreds per month. That is a packaging difference, not a quality rank.

Kurums Match

I need one tour on the site this weekFree plan
Use Supademo or Storylane. Both publish a free plan. Storylane allows one published demo; Supademo allows five guided demos for one creator.

We have several creators and want a list pricePer creator

Supademo Scale is $38 per creator a month on yearly billing. Storylane Starter is a flat $40 a month yearly for one seat, then $40 per extra seat.

We want HTML capture and SalesforceHigher plan

Budget above the entry tier. Storylane puts HTML editing on Growth and Salesforce on Premium. Supademo puts HTML demos on Business. Walnut lists advanced Salesforce on Accelerate.

Procurement wants a quote and a CSMCustom

Walnut Scale and Storylane Enterprise are custom. Guideflow Advanced is a talk-to-us step above the published entry.

Buying tip

Ask whether the price is per creator or a platform fee with seats included. Supademo Scale is per creator. Guideflow’s entry card includes 10 members. Mixing those models makes a five-person team look cheaper or more expensive than it is.

How this comparison was put together

We opened official pricing pages on 7 October 2026 for Supademo, Storylane, Guideflow, and Walnut. Figures are list prices in USD as shown that day. Yearly rates are the monthly equivalent when the vendor bills annually. Navattic’s paid plans did not show a numeric rate on the same day, so Navattic is not a row. Order follows the published-price sort, not a quality score. No Kurums Recommends, Top Pick, or Verified badge is used.

FAQ

Is an interactive demo the same as a product tour inside the app?
No. These tools build a shareable demo for buyers. In-app product tours for users who already have a login are a different category.

Does the free plan remove the vendor logo?

Storylane lists custom branding, including logo removal, on Starter, not Free. Check each paid card before you embed a tour on a pricing page.

Why is the price gap so wide?

Supademo and Storylane publish a creator or starter fee. Guideflow and Walnut publish team plans with members or a booked demo. Compare the seat count, not only the headline.

Do these include a digital sales room?

Walnut lists digital sales rooms on Scale, which is custom, and as an add-on. Storylane lists hubs on higher plans. Do not assume the entry plan includes a deal room.
