Best B2B Email Finder Software in 2026: Pricing & Comparison

We compared four email-finder vendors on published prices, free allowances, credit meters, and the main limit.

By Kurums EditorialPricing checked 8 October 2026Updated 8 October 2026How we make money
TL;DR

  • Domain-search workflows: Hunter β€” free plan at $0 with 50 credits a month, then Starter at $49/month.
  • Reps who also sequence: Apollo.io β€” free plan at $0, Basic at $49 per seat per month billed annually.
  • Small teams sharing one credit pool: Snov.io β€” Starter was $39/month and the billing FAQ describes a free plan with 50 credits.
  • Annual lookup buyers: RocketReach β€” Essentials at $33/month billed annually, after 5 free lookups.

B2B email finder software takes a name, company, or domain and returns a work email, often with verification. It is not a CRM and it is not a full sales-engagement suite, even when the same vendor also sells sequences.

Every entry uses the same fields: published pricing, free plan or trial, what the fee buys, and the main limitation. The order is not a quality ranking. Public $0 / published price first, quote-led last. Hunter and Apollo.io publish a lasting $0 plan, so they lead. Snov.io is next: the billing FAQ describes a free allowance, and the pricing page lists Starter at $39/month. RocketReach is last because the free path is 5 lookups, not a recurring free plan.

Prices checked on 8 October 2026 from each vendor’s official pricing or plan page. Figures are list prices in the currency shown. Free means a $0 plan or stated free allowance, trial means time-limited access, and quote means the dollar amount was not published. Confirm on the vendor page before you buy.

Annual toggles cut the list price on all four. The table uses the figure printed on the page we loaded, and names the billing period.

What these finders actually sell

Buyers often mix a finder with a sequencer. Seat price and credit price answer different questions, so the meter column is there on purpose.

The companies in detail

1

Hunter

Fit for domain search

Best for: teams that search a domain, verify addresses, and share one credit pool across users.

Attribute Hunter
Published pricing Free $0. Starter $49/month or $34/month yearly. Growth $149 or $104. Scale $299 or $209. Enterprise custom.
Free plan or trial Free plan is $0 with 50 credits/month, 1 connected email account, and 500 recipients per sequence.
Core focus Email Finder, Email Verifier, and Domain Search. 1 credit finds an email; 0.5 credit verifies one.
Main limitation Extra connected email accounts are an add-on from $10/month each.
  • Unlimited users share the plan credit pool, so seats are not the meter.
  • Yearly billing was labeled βˆ’30% and puts the year’s credits up front.
  • Verification is half a credit, which changes the real cost of cleaning a list.
2

Apollo.io

Fit for a database plus sequencer

Best for: reps who want a contact database and sequences on one bill, priced per seat.

Attribute Apollo.io
Published pricing Free $0. Basic $49 per seat per month billed annually. Professional $79. Organization $119 with a 3-seat minimum.
Free plan or trial Free plan stays $0. The pricing FAQ refers to a trial that ends into the free plan; the page did not print a trial length. Annual toggle said save 24%.
Core focus Contact and account data, sequences, and CRM-style pipeline. Free includes 900 credits per seat per year, granted monthly.
Main limitation Credits reset each cycle and do not roll over. Organization needs at least 3 seats.
  • The page we loaded published Basic at $49 per seat per month on annual billing, with 30,000 credits per seat per year.
  • All seats on an account must be on the same plan.
  • Phone, dialer, and some AI actions consume credits, so email-only use is cheaper than multi-channel use.
3

Snov.io

Fit for a low published start

Best for: teams that want finder credits and outreach seats without a per-user fee on the plans we loaded.

Attribute Snov.io
Published pricing Starter $39/month on snov.io/pricing. Pro S $99/month. Annual billing was labeled save 25%. Custom Ultra is custom.
Free plan or trial Official billing FAQ says a free plan includes 50 credits, 100 campaign recipients, 1 warm-up slot, and 25 enrichment tokens.
Core focus Email finder, verification, and campaigns. Starter listed 1,000 credits, 5,000 recipients, and unlimited team seats.
Main limitation LinkedIn automation is a separate add-on from $69 per LinkedIn account slot.
  • Starter on the pricing page was $39/month and included unlimited team seats.
  • Credits cover finder, domain search, and verification; unused volume is a plan choice, not a seat tax.
  • LinkedIn automation is priced apart from the Sales Suite, so multichannel is not in the $39 figure.
4

RocketReach

Fit for lookup volume

Best for: buyers who want a published annual email plan and can live with a small free lookup allotment.

Attribute RocketReach
Published pricing Essentials $33/month, $399 billed annually. Pro $75/month, $899 annually. Ultimate $142/month, $1,699 annually. Custom team plans start at $6,000 a year.
Free plan or trial Creating an account is free and includes 5 lookups. It is not a recurring free credit plan.
Core focus Verified professional and personal emails. Essentials lists 1,200 exports per year on annual billing and 100 lookups on monthly billing.
Main limitation Phone numbers sit on Pro and Ultimate, not Essentials. Annual ‘unlimited’ lookups are defined in RocketReach’s own FAQ.
  • Essentials was the lowest published paid entry we loaded, at $33/month when billed annually.
  • A lookup is refunded if email or phone is not found and verified.
  • The free path is 5 lookups, so ongoing prospecting needs a paid plan.

I want data and sequences togetherPer-seat annual list

I can prepay a year for lookupsSmall free allotment

RocketReach listed Essentials at $33/month when billed annually. The free account is 5 lookups.

Buying tip

Ask whether a credit is spent on a miss. Hunter does not charge when an email is not found. RocketReach refunds a lookup that is not verified. That rule changes the real cost more than the headline plan price.

How this comparison was put together

FAQ

Is a free email finder enough for outbound?
A free allowance covers tests. Hunter’s free plan is 50 credits a month. Apollo’s free plan is 900 credits per seat per year. Snov.io’s billing FAQ describes 50 credits on the free plan. RocketReach’s free account is 5 lookups. Ongoing outbound usually needs a paid plan.

Do these prices include phone numbers?

Not by default. Lusha was not in this set because its dollar amounts did not render on the pricing page we loaded. On RocketReach, phone numbers start on Pro. On Apollo, credits can be spent on phones. Confirm the credit cost in the product before you budget calls.

Why is Apollo listed per seat and Hunter not?

That is how each official page meters the plan. Hunter says unlimited users share the credit pool. Apollo prices Basic, Professional, and Organization per seat.

Are annual prices the same as monthly?

No. Hunter labeled yearly billing βˆ’30%. Snov.io labeled annual save 25%. Apollo’s page was on annual billing and said save 24%. RocketReach Essentials was $399 billed annually, shown as $33/month.
