Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is the English translation of our Turkish βMesafeli SatΔ±Ε SΓΆzleΕmesiβ, provided for the convenience of international customers. It is governed by Turkish law; in case of any conflict, the Turkish version prevails.

BUYER (CONSUMER)
The buyer's name, address, email and phone consist of the information declared electronically by the buyer at the time of the order, and form part of the order record which is an integral part of this agreement.
ARTICLE 2 β SUBJECT
The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the digital product ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website kurums.com, whose characteristics and sale price are stated below, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Turkish Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
ARTICLE 3 β PRODUCT AND PAYMENT DETAILS
The product is digital content in the form of an e-book (PDF and EPUB format). The name, type, quantity, sale price, payment method and delivery details of the product are as stated on the order page and in the order summary/invoice. The total sale price including all taxes is shown to the BUYER at the time of the order. Payment is collected in advance by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard) through the secure payment provider iyzico.
ARTICLE 4 β GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The BUYER acknowledges having read and been informed about the essential characteristics, sale price, payment method and delivery of the product, and having given the required electronic confirmation.
- By approving this agreement and the preliminary information form electronically, the BUYER confirms having obtained the information that must be provided by the SELLER before the conclusion of distance contracts.
- As the product is digital content, it does not require physical shipment; delivery is made electronically.
- If the SELLER is unable to supply the product due to force majeure or technical impossibility, it notifies the BUYER and refunds the amount collected.
ARTICLE 5 β DELIVERY
After payment is approved, the download link for the digital product is delivered instantly to the email address provided by the BUYER during the order and/or made available on the download page. There is no delivery cost. Details of delivery and refunds are set out in the Delivery & Refund Policy, which is an annex to this agreement.
ARTICLE 6 β RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND ITS EXCEPTION
Pursuant to Article 15/1-(Δ) of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts, for contracts regarding intangible goods (digital content) that are supplied instantly in electronic environment and delivered instantly to the consumer, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once performance has begun with the consumer's approval. By approving the order, the BUYER accepts that the digital product will be performed instantly and that the right of withdrawal ends once the download/access has started. Refunds are provided for requests made before performance begins (before the download link is used) and in the technical-fault / wrong-product situations described in ARTICLE 4 and the Delivery & Refund Policy.
ARTICLE 7 β RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of purchase or residence are authorized, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
ARTICLE 8 β EFFECTIVENESS
When the BUYER approves the order electronically, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement. The agreement enters into force on the date it is approved electronically by the BUYER.
