Delivery & Refund Policy

Last updated: August 2026

All products sold on Kurums.com are digital products (e-books in PDF and EPUB format). No physical shipment is made; delivery takes place electronically.

1. Delivery Method and Time

Once your payment has been successfully approved through the iyzico infrastructure, the download link for the e-book you purchased is delivered instantly (usually within a few minutes) to the email address you provided during the order and/or made available on the thank-you/download page.

  • You must enter a valid email address for delivery.
  • If the download-link email does not arrive, please check your spam/junk folder; if the issue persists, contact us.
  • Files are provided in PDF and EPUB formats and can be opened on computers, phones, tablets and e-readers.

2. Right of Withdrawal and Its Exception

Pursuant to Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts, for contracts regarding intangible goods (digital content) that are supplied instantly in electronic environment and delivered instantly to the consumer, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once performance has begun with the consumer's approval.

At the time of purchase, you are deemed to have accepted that the digital product is delivered instantly and that there is no right of withdrawal once the download/access has begun. For this reason, once the download link has been delivered to you, digital products are non-refundable.

3. Situations Where Refunds / Solutions Are Provided

In the following situations, please contact us; we will first try to resolve the issue and provide a refund where necessary:

  • The download link was never delivered even though payment was taken, or the product cannot be accessed due to a technical error,
  • A product different from / other than the one purchased was delivered,
  • The file is corrupted (cannot be opened) and cannot be replaced with a working file within a reasonable time.

In these cases, your payment is refunded through the same payment method. Refunds are also provided for clear errors such as duplicate (double) charges.

4. Contact

You can send your delivery, access or refund requests to [email protected] or reach us at 0533 210 94 39. Your requests are answered as soon as possible.
