TL;DR: Cloudflare fits sites that want a Free CDN/WAF row, then Pro at $20/mo. bunny.net fits teams that will pay per GB (Europe/NA $0.01/GB Standard, $1 monthly minimum) without a $20 platform SKU. Amazon CloudFront fits AWS shops that accept usage pricing. Fastly fits companies that will take a quote for an edge platform.
A CDN caches and serves files from points of presence close to the visitor. It is not a full hosting panel and not a status page.
Every entry uses the same fields: published pricing, unit (plan vs GB vs request), security extras, free/trial and the main limitation. The order below is not a quality ranking. Cloudflare Free first. Pay-as-you-go then quote-led follow.

Cloudflare plan dollars and bunny.net regional GB rates were read from vendor pages on 16 September 2026. CloudFront and Fastly need a traffic worksheet, not a $20 headline.
One vendor sells a $0β$20 plan. One sells cents per GB. Two sell cloud invoices.
Plan versus gigabyte
Cloudflare Pro is $20 whether you push 10 GB or 1 TB (until add-ons). Bunny charges the GB. A video site on Cloudflare Free/Pro is a different math problem from the same site on Bunny Volume.
The four providers in detail
1. Cloudflare

Best for: websites that want CDN, DNS and a basic WAF without a bandwidth spreadsheet on day one.
