What does AssistFlow AI offer?

AssistFlow aims to go beyond a chatbot that provides generic answers. The platform can connect with store data, including products, customers, and orders, to deliver responses based on the shopper’s request.

AI chat and voice support: Customers can ask questions about products, orders, and the business through either text or voice. Using the same store information across both channels may help provide a more consistent experience.
Product and order information: The platform can use store data to answer product questions and provide order-status information. Merchants should review the requested permissions and data-retention terms before installation.
Unified Omni Inbox: Website chats, email messages, phone interactions, and social-media conversations can be managed from a shared inbox.
Social-media automation: Higher-tier plans include AI-assisted responses for Facebook and Instagram messages and comments, along with SMS and email automation.
Multilingual assistance: AssistFlow states that its voice and chat technology supports more than 150 languages. Its Shopify listing identifies English, Turkish, French, German, Spanish, Arabic, Danish, and Hindi among the supported languages.

AssistFlow AI pricing

At the time of our review, the Shopify App Store listed an entry plan at $39 per month with a 14-day free trial. The Professional plan was listed at $199 per month, while the Premium plan, including kiosk and MetaHuman features, was priced at $1,499 per month. AssistFlow’s own website also advertises a developer plan starting at $19 per month, so merchants should match pricing to the exact channel and deployment they need.

Independent evidence and limitations

AssistFlow’s Shopify application launched on December 1, 2025. When checked, it had no customer reviews on the Shopify App Store. This leaves limited independent evidence about long-term reliability, support quality, and performance across live Shopify stores.

A small amount of feedback is available through the Wix App Market. One reviewer liked the concept but reported that a demonstration call did not work and considered the product expensive for a small or beginner e-commerce store. AssistFlow replied that a newer release included reliability and onboarding improvements.

One review cannot establish overall product quality. It does, however, reinforce the value of testing the live demo, escalation flow, and voice reliability before committing.

Data access and privacy considerations

The Shopify listing says the application can access customer contact details, device and activity information, staff data, products, collections, recent order history, and online-store script tags. These permissions are consistent with an order-aware support tool, but they are material.

Prospective users should obtain clear information about data storage, call recordings, subprocessors, deletion procedures, and applicable privacy requirements such as the GDPR before deployment.

Kurums assessment

AssistFlow AI brings together chat, voice, order information, and social-media communication in a single AI-powered platform. Its feature set may be attractive to growing e-commerce businesses that want to support customers across several channels.

Its independent review footprint remains limited. Before a full rollout, use the trial period to test real product and order questions, hallucination rates, human-agent escalation, voice quality in the required languages, response times, service reliability, and data-deletion procedures.
